Beautiful trail. Lime kiln road was a bit wet and muddy but slow and careful driving got us safely to the TH. Trail was nice with some spots of ice ,right before summit we used spikes as the ice was thicker, summit was bare rock, perfect views and fun finding artifacts from the fire tower, visit to the Lime Kiln and also a visit to Tipping rock. A fun day out with the Family ,followed by lunch at Iron Rail and Pub & grill Woodsville , great spot if you are in the area !!! |
