| Trail Maintenance Notes: |
This was for trail maintenance. Removed the blowdown .25 above Bald Peak spur reported by The Teal Goat, thanks, another just below that and removed branches hanging down into the treadway from a tree more than six feet over the treadway just below upper crossing. The latter tree awaits another day. Otherwise, removed debris off the treadway. |

| Comments: |
I went up to just above the reported blowdown. The trail was bare bootable, (frozen ground on way up, starting to thaw on way down) till just above the first water crossing where Hillsound spikes went on till I returned to that spot. Snowshoes would have provided no benefit as far as I went. The waterbars below the first water crossing will be ready for cleaning within a few weeks with the warm temps, those above likely not before end April/early May. |
