A pile of random things (mostly gloves) at the trailhead sign. They look like they’ve been there a long time |

We wore spikes for the first mile and then snowshoes on the climb. Back to spikes on the descent. Didn’t see anyone else using snowshoes, but I was very happy to have televators on the climb. The snow was mashed potato/slush, but stable underneath. If you step off the trail you will posthole. The trail to Tripoli Road is not broken. |
