| Comments: |
Sunrise hike with Chris to celebrate a satisfying winter of hiking. The steeps on the lower part of the trail had substantial hard ice which could be worked around with care for the most part. Otherwise the surface all the way to the summit block was a firm White Mountain sidewalk, perfect for spikes. Summit scramble had some unavoidable patches of softening ice but not bad at all. |
