Ammo Ravine Trail, Gulfside
Started at Ammo at 8am with six cars in lot … wore snowshoes briefly and then switched to spikes and K-10 crampons for my hiking partner. Remained traction for the entire hike. Snowshoes came along for the ride. Trail was great and it was cold enough that there was no balling. A little challenging coming down Ammo in microspikes, but we had reports that the Cog was a river and icy. There was only trace amounts of snow on Monroe. Saw a lot of people out today …. Unfortunately Washington was in the clouds. |
