One minor blowdown on Crescent View Trail. |

An elongated loop over Great Hill this time, instead of the direct route I used last week. There are some scattered stretches of junky snow and ice, but for the most part these trails are bare, wet, and muddy.
It felt really good to not be carrying winter gear. I like winter, but when March rolls around, southern NH is where it's at. Why hike in nasty spring conditions when you don't have to? ???? |
