quiet one caretaker car at 9am. a few more by noon. Snowmobile trail was groomed so it's still being used. |

Thanks for the many who wear snowshoes up to the hut. We wore shoes to keep it that way. Trail was packed powder no ice at all. The Tubbs Mountain Flex shoes we wear grab real good for the way down as Kootalas could not be trusted to hold in the soft packed powder on steeper parts. Snow balled up under snow shoes we wore a bit and the dog got lot's of snowballs on her long fur. |
