With construction equipment in the lot, less room on Thompson Road lot than usual. Only a couple of cars there on Monday. |

The one high up the Middle Mtn Trail above the Peaked Mt. Connector was open, a tall, long legged hiker might jump it. I took one step in on a nice flat rock an inch or two under water on the way up and jumped on the way down. |

One large tree down on Peaked Mt. Trail that people have walked around. |

Found a gray hat with two black stripes that I left at the trail signs at the junction with these trails and teh Puddin Loop trail. |

 | Comments: |
Was a nice 5+ mile walk with nice views in the morning while the Presidentials were still socked in. As the afternoon got warmer, snow began to stick to the Micro=spikes. Had done this loop before doing Peaked first and Middle last. The views from the ledges on Peaked are much easier to enjoy when you do Middle first and descend Peaked. |
