Comments
Comments: Nice late morning hike of Mt Isolation. Micros on start to finish. Not quite the speedway conditions encountered last but a super track remains for the most part on the two bushwhacks. With a dusting of snow and drifting i was able to follow the track for 98% of the time. When not on track i realized it quickly as snowpack is still quite deep.Highly recommend snowshoes at least on the pack. Unfortunately i stepped into a springhole (knee deep). Isolation Express was much easier to follow today. I also saw a few emerging sections of Monorail on all trails taken. Spring is nearing! It was nice briefly chatting with the four people i crossed paths with enjoying this mild weather.
