Comments
Comments: I hiked up the Tuckerman Ravine Trail with my sled and bare booted the entire way. There were a lot of skiers and snowboarders heading up but nobody with a sled.

I arrived at Hermit Lake to a large crowd and party atmosphere! My goal today was Hermit Lake it was very inviting to continue hiking into the Bowl…a lot of skiers continued up. There was a lot of snow up there and it looked like excellent skiing conditions from what I could see.

I then walked to the Sherburne Ski Trail to begin my sledding adventure. The trail was packed powder. There were a few moguls that made me air borne and sprayed snow on my face. There were a few short stretches of walking but otherwise it was a non-stop wild ride to the bottom!

It was a perfect day with perfect trail conditions. Spring is almost here and conditions will be changing but there is still a lot of snow and there should be plenty of opportunity for those that want to make the run down whether on skis, snowboards or sleds.
