Comments
Comments: Snowshoes round-trip were the best choice today due to better traction, some loose snow, and, well, I genuinely like my 'shoes.

Mt. Rowe Trail and Ridge Trail were packed down fairly well, but snow was looser higher up with some very minor drifting in places. Nature Trail was lesser-traveled. Overall snow depths are pretty thin with rocks starting to appear.

It was chilly up on the ridge but the bright sun helped. Gunstock looked to be very busy.
