Comments
Comments: Decided to take a different route today and do a little bushwhacking. Was surprised to find asquam ridge trail broken out by skis and a set or two of snowshoes. Followed asquam to about 3600 and then veered off to waternomee. Beautiful open woods with only about a foot of light, fluffy powder. Beaver Brook was a beautiful snowshoe track with barely a postholed to be found. K10s we’re perfect for the trip from moose summit to south peak but others were making it in micros. Carriage was well packed by skiers and snapper had a decent snowshoe track going.
