Comments
Comments: Pretty bony down low to about 1500'. From there pretty nice snowshoeing to the summit, there was an AMC group that did a lovely job of breaking trail to the ridge. From there, me and 2 other guys broke the 1.5 miles to the summit on CMT. Some people with spikes we saw on the summit who came up from Bangor Street on CMT so that section desperately needs more snowshoes to clean up their chewing up of the trail and possible sections of butt sliding. Stony Brook is in great shape, please wear your snowshoes to keep it that way
