| Parking/Access Road Notes: |
Parking lot was a sheet of ice. 4x4 did fine. My front wheel drive did not and I had to park on the side of the road leading to the parking lot area. |

Ice - Blue, Snow - Packed Powder/Loose Granular, Standing/Running Water on Trail, Snow/Ice - Postholes |

| Water Crossing Notes: |
We did three water crossings. The first and the third were the toughest. For the first, we crossed via a log laying across the stream. Coming back we hopped rocks. For the third, a bit lower down, the stream narrows and we were able to cross there. |

microspikes used until after the river crossings. Snow became deeper and granular after that with post holes on the sides. Switched to snowshoes at that point. |
