Comments
Comments: Perfect day for a snow hike. Ascent up Lonesome Lake trail was quite manageable but needed longer crampons rather than microspikes. LL is frozen solid so easy to walk across. Trails up to Cannon were the same: very nice footing with spikes. Very windy up at Cannon. Descent was lots of fun with multiple glissade opportunities, some cutting through the woods.

Lots of people going up to LL but very few on the steeper pitches to Cannon. A perfect day for a snowy hike!
