| Comments: |
Easy hiking on hardpack snow up Crawford to Pierce. Things start getting treacherous above treeline approaching Eisenhower. Tricky climb on ice/rock up the dome, and even trickier descent on the far side. Snowshoe territory on Edmunds Path descending the first mile, trail barely broken in. Second mile suspiciously much better, presumably due to hikers opting to turn around (as my group did one year ago!). |
