| Comments: |
Trail was in stable conditions on the way up. Thank you to those who established the bushwhack. The route is efficient and well thought out and made this hike a joy rather than a miserable slog that it would be in summer. It also cuts out miles of needless hiking. Conditions were stable after the warmer temps on Thursday and Friday. Fresh powder on the descent made for more post holing and less stable conditions. Snowshoes are likely a must to keep trail established going forward. |
