Wet Trail, Ice - Blue, Slush |

 | Recommended Equipment: |
Snowshoes, Light Traction, Traction |
|
 | Water Crossing Notes: |
There is a water crossing right before the falls that can and should be avoided because there is water flowing through the ice so crossing it would mean falling into the ice. There is a way around that is obvious through the snow. |

 | Comments: |
It would not be overkill to wear crampons. The trail is a sheet of ice for at least the first half after which it turns to snow. I started off in microspikes but was slipping a bit on the way up so I changed to Kathoolas which have a more aggressive bite and they worked perfectly. |
