Nice to get out today. Rocket 21 has done a great job of trail maintenance before and after Irene. The brook near the parking area really dug into the banks and about 100 yards of trail has already been relocated by the Rocket. Water bars and stairs are looking good also. While I am giving shout outs -- a big one should also go to the Highway crews that have done a remarkable job repairing 49 and I am told making progress on other north country roads. Nice day to be out and see some sun!! |
