| Comments: |
Blueberry Ridge pleasant well packed. Tough to climb on some rock faces in wide snowshoes close to the peak. Held on to rock edges & tree branches to pull myself up.
The rest of the trails were in one word: torture. Powder snow, unmarked trails, sinking deep with each step, & sliding on the climbs. Finished depleted in the dark with headlight 30% slower than planned for the day. Recovered with double meatballs sandwich at Nolan Brick Oven Bistro. |
