 | Comments: |
The Belknap Range, Brook, and Major trails are packed firm, but I recommend snowshoes the whole way. The Dave Roberts Trail had been packed down but then snowed on again. I stomped it down anew. However, once I hit the North Straightback Link, I found I could not make much progress. If you get to the place where the North Straigthback Link splits away from the Dave Roberts Quarry Trail, do not follow the footprints; they are mine. I ended up turning around and had much more luck re-breaking Quarry Spur back to the BRT. I took the Brook Trail back to the lot. |
