Parking/Access Road Notes
Parking/Access Road Notes: Tripoli Rd from the Waterville side was closed due to repair for wash outs. We had to walk 2 1/2 miles from the closure sign to the trail head. With the elevation increase this took 45 minutes. We did not know that the exit 31 side was open and the parking area.

Surface Conditions: Dry Trail, Mud - Minor/Avoidable

Water Crossing Notes
Water Crossing Notes: some modest rock hopping. However the Chimney was dry and a lot of fun.

Trail Maintenance Notes: a couple of small detours around blow downs 
Dog-Related Notes
Dog-Related Notes: small dogs summitted Oscoela. Howeer not recommeded for east osceola with the chimney.
