Comments
Comments: Wow, what a busy day on the Osceola's!!! I lost count of how many we passed, I am guessing around 40. So many friendly people out, all seemed to be enjoying the day. We were in snowshoes start to finish (from the trailhead, not the road walk). There was a mix of all those out today, some in snow shoes and some with spikes/trail crampons. Overall the trails are in good condition, but the snow is so soft, there are so many post holes and the the trails are totally chopped up. These trails definitely need some snowshoe love. As others have mentioned, the chimney is ice and does not appear to have been used. The bypass looked fine, but we took the bypass to the bypass both ways, and it is totally packed and fine. Absolutely gorgeous day with amazing views!
