Comments
Comments: For the love of God, WEAR SNOWSHOES, PLEASE.

There has been no thaw/freeze since the snowstorm Monday so the snow is soft and not consolidated on these trails.

I counted 7 early hikers ascending PBB trail from the Kanc with snowshoes (me included) who laid a nice, though soft, track. This was completely undone by 6 folks who started later in the day in spikes who rototilled the length of the snowshoe track. Those 6 would be the last ones down PBB to the Kanc so expect PBB and Mount Tripyramid Trail to be unconsolidated for Sunday.

There was also one person who ascended Scaur Ridge Trail in mountaineering boots and rototilled the soft track there as well as PBB and Mount Tripyramid Trail.

There were no tracks on Sabbaday Brook Trail. There appeared to be one set of tracks continuing on past Middle Tri toward South Tri.
