Comments
Comments: SNOW SHOES please. The trail was mighty chewed up on my ascent, which made for slow going, trying not to catch an edge, and go head-over-heels.
Thank you to the person who DID wear snow shoes. Your tracks/steps were a BIG help!

Ridge had significant drifts, as in, hard to discern that anyone had been up there recently.

Good soft descent off of S Hancock, not too out of control sliding.

Met 7 people in all heading up when I was heading down. Those wearing snow shoes (5) all remarked on the added hassle of trying to avoid catching edges, etc. All of us were trying to smooth the trail out.

The bare booters (not even carrying snow shoes) were chewing the trail up just as fast as we were smoothing it out. Hopefully someone wearing snow shoes will be the last one out!
