| Comments: |
the trail to the junction with Mt. Osceola Tr. and up to East peak were broken out (thanks to Scottb) but once past East, it was drifted in and unbroken thanks to continued snow and wind. I laid down a pretty good track and passed another hiker as I was getting back to the lot, so it should be in pretty good shape by now. Definitely a couple "whoa Nelly" moments coming down the steep sections from E.Osceola, since the ice is still present beneath the new snow, so be aware as you descend. |
