 | Parking/Access Road Notes: |
Road was plowed, I made it up to the winter gate in my FWD Mazda 3 with no issues. There is a tree down in the road, enough room to drive around it. |
 | Surface Conditions: |
Snow - Packed Powder/Loose Granular, Snow - Drifts |
 | Recommended Equipment: |
Snowshoes |
 | Water Crossing Notes: |
All bridged, or snowbridged. As the snow has started to consolidate on the wooden bridges, just be careful with your footing as it can be a little narrow/clunky in snowshoes. |
 | Trail Maintenance Notes: |
Trails in good shape as always. |
 | Dog-Related Notes: |
Grace had a nice day on her adoptaversary. |
 | Bugs: |
None |
 | Lost and Found: |
One piece of cheap traction, meant to pick it up on the way back but wasn't paying attention and must have missed it. |

 | Comments: |
Fun day with Dunc, Miss Grace, and Eric. Snowshoes start to finish, between the three of us there is a good track. Not as drifty as I thought it might be breaking treeline but there were a couple decent drifts. Windy and cold up top, summit cone is hard packed. |
