Lot was not plowed , lower lot near the electrical plant had room for 2 or 3 cars making sure not to block access.4WD could get you to upper lot |

the crossing on Sandwich trail was tricky as there was a lot of open spots with running water, careful to cross with rocks and stable ice, Crossing on Drakes was frozen solid |

great trail system, yellow blazes on Sandwich are a bit faded but visible if you are looking :) |

Great loop to try out my new winter boots!! Broke out maybe 3 inches low and 6 higher up the entire Mount Sandwich trail ,at the jct of Drakes and up to Jennings was post holes they stopped about 1/4 of the way to Dome . Snow is starting to pile up , great time wearing snow shoes car to car :) Do your Snow dance , we need so much more ! Great to see John ( as in John & Pepper ) coming up Drakes Brook. |
