Blue ice bulges continue to grow on Old Mountain Erode, but are still soft with temperatures in the 20s this morning. Otherwise, conditions were generally hardpack. I wore snowshoes roundtrip, in part because they're easier on the ankles/knees when going through the frozen footprint divots, but one could get away with Microspikes at the moment. |
