One birch down across the beginning of the Engine hill Bushwhack, but it is a bushwhack, so not expected that anyone will clean up the tree. We went over, but under would work too. |

Rocky branch trail was hard packed mostly, with a couple of we spots. Engine Hill Bushwhack was soft and all torn up from bare booters, there was a group of about 5 to 8. Our group of 4 and a others couple in snowshoes packed it out well in both directions, but I assure you the bare booters came back through and tore it all back up. The BW has straightened out some, but does have a couple of pointless turns with corrections. The .6 section of the Isolation trail we covered was pretty well packed out, but we only went a little beyond the tent site. It would be nice if people wore snowshoes, at least through the Engine Hill section. |
