Comments
Comments: Lovely day sheltered from the wind except at the top. Only spikes needed - I wore my snowshoes not being sure about summit powder depth but they were more of a nuisance. About 3-4 inches of powder at the trailhead, and maybe 4-5 inches at the top. The foot traffic had packed it down fine. At 10:30 am there were 8 cars in the lot - by 2 pm it was about 25 cars. It's been a few years since I did this one but noted new Clivuses at the summit and they were open even now in winter.
