Poles useful on crossings on FWT because many of the rocks had been displaced and were loose. All rockhoppable with lowest crossing of Dry Brook being the hardest. |

First section between lot and bridge badly washed out. Few spots on OBP and FWT with minor water damage from running water. |

Last day of vacation had to get somewhere nice. This loop always does the trick. Trails fine except for first 0.2 miles. On a bright note the waterfalls were as pretty as I've ever seen them (just the right amount of flow). Still a little running water on FWT. Roughed up the trail minorly. Another gorgeous day on Franconia Ridge with the hardest part leaving the ridge towards the end of the day. |
