Plenty of parking at cog base. I paid the $5 for the upper lot. |

The Crossing on the Boundary Line Tr. was Rock hoppable but had to hunt for a good spot |

All trails hiked were in pretty good shape considering. All little running water on the Jewell. The bridge connecting the cog base to the Jewell trail is now closed. |

| Comments: |
The bridge connecting the cog base to the Jewell trail is now closed. I was about to walk away and pick it up lower but one of the cog workers said despite it's appearance, it was safe to cross so I did with no issues. Having said that, it is officially closed.
Jefferson Notch Rd. had several wash outs from Caps Ridge to the Boundary Tr. I wouldn't think that will be open for some time.
