Comments
Comments: The bridge connecting the cog base to the Jewell trail is now closed. I was about to walk away and pick it up lower but one of the cog workers said despite it's appearance, it was safe to cross so I did with no issues. Having said that, it is officially closed.

Jefferson Notch Rd. had several wash outs from Caps Ridge to the Boundary Tr. I wouldn't think that will be open for some time.

Great day to be out.
