Comments
Comments: We were the only ones on this trail today. No other cars at the lot when we arrived at 9am and only us when we returned. Used snowshoes the entire way. There was a few inches of new powder at the base and more as we gained elevation. The first .5 miles was a bit boney for snowshoes and micros could have been used.
When we arrived at the ledge past the Hayes summit we saw a set of tracks coming from the Mahoosuc trail side. It appeared they were also breaking trail.
