Comments
Comments: A dusting of snow fell last night, but nothing measurable. The lower portion of the trail was generally frozen granular, but the upper portion had a lot of ice (and some exposed rock and roots above the viewpoint; not uncommon for there to be less snow on top of this mountain). Full snow cover remains in the woods. Would be a little bony to snowshoe the upper portion of the trail right now, but 2-3" of snow would be enough to put it back in play. For now, Microspikes were ideal.
