Comments
Comments: Given the forecast, I decided to wander around some RMC trails and check out the various water features in the area. Very glad I opted for snowshoes.

The bottom part of Howker Ridge had seen some foot traffic, but it looks like my tracks were the first with snowshoes. Kelton was unbroken, as was Inlook to the junction of Valley Way. If you're planning to be on either of these trails anytime soon, I would highly recommend snowshoes as the traction of choice.

The short section of Valley Way was heavily trafficked (as to be expected), Brookbank slightly less so. The Rail Trail has some X-C tracks, as well as (what looks to be) tire tracks of some sort for a long portion of it.

Snow was sticky as it was rather warm yesterday. I was in a t-shirt and snowshoes pretty much all the way from Kelton until I finished.
