Comments
Comments: I used light traction all day and carried my snowshoes. In hind sight, snowshoes would have been slightly more efficient from Liberty Spring Tentsite to Mt Flume and back. There is a bypass around the rocky summit of Liberty although the awkward ledge just south of the summit was nicely filled in. There were a some tracks heading south from Mt Flume as well as north of Liberty Spring Tr where it looked like a snowshoes would be useful. Nice to cross paths again with Hiker Ed.
