Great conditions for microspikes on packed snow from the car to the summit and that's what everyone was wearing today. There are a couple of ice bulges in the usual places on Valley Way, with workarounds.
Lovely hike with Chris, Renee and Greg, working on Renee's winter 4Ks. Superb views, with a cap cloud on Washington (and sometimes Adams), and clear elsewhere. |
