Started the hike at 11:11am on the Winter Solstice with some amazing buddies. The trail was in perfect condition. The snow was packed down really nice. The Sun was shining the whole time. the 5.1 mile trail was hiked in three hours. Spent 20 minutes on the summit. Gusty Winds. Saw the southern Presidentials and Washington was out of the clouds. Bluebird day. Very nice hike. |
