Comments
Comments: Though technically not kosher, we were able to take advantage of the upper portion of Cannon ski area being closed. Foot access to the Mittersill area has not formally been restricted, however ski area staff may turn you around if you attempt to climb the upper portion of the Taft Trail. Mittersill trails hadn't been skied too much - lower elevations had a bit of a crust, but the bulk of the hike was drifted powder. Didn't see any tracks coming from the Lonesome Lake/Kinsman Ridge side of the summit.
