| Comments: |
Started at 9am. Goal was to be descending when snow started. Dry trail for 2 miles. Started to get icy. Donned micro spikes. Encountered ice flows the higher we went. Made it to summit, had lunch. Started snowing. Intent was to hike to South Kinsman, but due to icy conditions and snow starting, we decided return to car. The icy conditions made the hike quite grueling under foot. |
