Comments
Comments: Intermittent ice throughout the hike, even at lower elevations. Traction on, traction off. Traction on, traction off. Again, and again. To quote Popeye, "I've had all I can stands, and I can't stands no more." Fortunately, I suspect today's snow will remedy the situation.

Some significant ice in places, especially on the steeper sections. Something to be aware of with the new snow.
