Comments
Comments: trip up pine bend was frozen ground and ice patches for the first mile. Spikes on until the beginning of elevation gains. switched to hillshound pros for the rest of day. ridge between peaks was a combination of ice and snow and minor exposed rocks. First half mile on Sabaday was blue ice, Crampons were very helpful on the descent. Stream crossings were all manageable but took some effort to find a path across. Overall nice day on the trail.
