Lost and Found
Lost and Found: I left my beer inside the rear tire of my car, hoping to cool it down enough for a nice refreshment when I came back and was really mad to find it gone upon my return! Who takes another person's beer, especially when it's obviously hidden under the vehicle?

Comments: Pine Bend Brook Trail (up), Sabbaday Brook Trail (down), roadwalk

A good day for a couple of small bushwhacks to continue picking away at my NE 3000k. Snow depth ranged from patchy at the base to 4-6" near the summit of N Tripyramid. Most of the icy patches below 3500' are rough and easy to avoid. Quite windy but not as bad as I was expecting. I brought the Hillsounds along and only used them from the summit of N Tripyramid to the bottom of the steep section on Sabbaday Brook Trail. I only saw two people and their dog near the summit of Tripyramid. Broke trail the entire way down Sabbaday Brook Trail. Bushwhacks were short and wide open woods. Nice to have some easy peaks for a change.
