 | Parking/Access Road Notes: |
Our two cars on end of Bangor Rd. Could have got a couple more in. House has NO Parking signs on lawn, so limited. Overflow lot was empty but would hold quite a few |

One BIG blowdown that has logs to help get over it. One blowdown up high had a herd path around it |

 | Dog-Related Notes: |
Not a great dog trail water wise. Icy ledges may present a problem also. |

We did this in microspikes but mid level crampons (Hillsound Trail Crampons Pro) or even full crampons would not be overkill. Your choice is personal but it was VERY ICY! Ice was avoidable down low but the ledges were hard to avoid. Some of the ice that was "soft" today and allowed us to get some bite will be fully hardened ice bulges and domes by tomorrow. Very little snow left after the rains to help with grip. There were lots of very careful steps and vegetation grabs to get down safely. |
