Road closed. No parking signs posted at gate. Parked on Route 302. The lot further down on 302 had plenty of parking |

Round trip with the walk in on the road makes it 9.4 miles. The hike from trailhead was easy to navigate and 2/3 of the hike is granular snow with some ice under, spikes were fine. The last 1/3 was a bit deeper snow base but still fine for spike though you could use snowshoes. Clearly not a lot of hikers have been up recently and only saw 3 other hikers Saturday. |
