I didn't check the box on snowshoes, but I used them today. There was a mix of exposed ground to a couple of inches to modest drifting. Walking in the snowcat tracks it was much easier with snow shoes, but micros are more than sufficient. I did not make it over to Wildcat A, but I suspect the same on the Wildcat Ridge Trail. |
