Parking/Access Road Notes: Tripoli road was open today. There was 2” of snow on the road at height of land.

Dog-Related Notes: No trouble for dogs. We met another well behaved dog who greeted my dogs politely.

Comments
Comments: Used the Tripoli Rd trailhead since the road was still open. I bare-booted to the top, but wore spikes coming down the top 2/3 of the trail. Below that it got too bony, and my spikes were balling up with mud and ice. The mud on the trail was not frozen. Maybe 3” of snow at the summit. No ice that I encountered.
