Many, biggest was straight forward, no issues. 1st with wooden bridge slippery with frost |

Wet muddy mess early. So much water on trail, no ice spikes were passengers again. Leaves dried out on the way back. I was overdressed today, not as cold as I was expecting. Should have worn shorts! Glad to have my winter boots as it was a slog heading up. Saw 4 heading down on my way up. Bunnell Rock was the 1st wind I felt....nice views here. Frozen mud past cabin, colder here, more wind. Lunch at cabin. Nice paint job inside & out.....Thank You it looks great! Quick hike down, saw no one until almost back to lot. Snow coming tonight will probably render this report useless. Winter is coming! |
