Water Crossing Notes
Water Crossing Notes: The bottom 2 crossable with care. More slick in the afternoon because of the dry rocks in the morning getting more wet throughout the day. I put spikes on in the afternoon at the ledgey crossing about 7/10ths from the trailhead rather than futz around.

Comments
Comments: I went in/out only to Tom since it was an orphan in November. I was able to bareboot with my winter Salomon’s today with some extra care here and there. I saw a couple of folks with spikes after more than a mile in as elevation increased. Bring the beater spikes because there are more rocks than frozen ground. That might change in the next couple of days with warmer temps predicted.
